While not an original title by any means, it is appropriate since this is the first post on my first blog.  Of course I do not believe that the “world” is going to be reading this nor will the “world” care what I have to say or share.  However, I hope that my future posts will find their way to individuals that are interested in the real estate market in and around Lake Tahoe.  

My goals are modest.  I plan to share facts about the current real estate market at Lake Tahoe, specifically on the East Shore, and in Genoa and hope that what I share will be beneficial and informative.  These two areas are special to me since I am a Realtor in the Zephyr Cove office of Chase International and have lived in Genoa for over 12 years. 

 Additionally, I will be including posts with information and news about activities, events, dining, entertainment, etc. for the same areas.  Why?  First because what Realtor has not had a conversation with a potential buyer or owner from out of town that did not ask about some place to eat when they visit, or the weather, skiing, golfing, etc.  Hence, these topics are part of our everyday conversations with both our local clients and customers and those from out of town.  And the second reason to include these topics, because it is fun!
